How to: Reward an Audience

Assign a reward to a created Audience

There are many use cases for assigning a reward to a defined audience. Examples are:

  • A campaign with winners that are rewarded ‘at the end of the week’
  • A reward for those that fulfil a condition, for example:
    • 3 successful referrals this week delivers 100 points!
    • More than 3 purchases this week get you 250 points extra!
    • Any purchase over € 100 this month gets you 100 points extra!
  • Become a member this month and receive 250 extra points!

How do you give a reward to an audience?

Step 1: Click action button

Step 2: Define reward

Enter the reward amount and select the message to be displayed.

Celebrate the reward!

Let your members know you have rewarded them! We have already automated a message in their timeline!
